· 在长达三十八年的职业生涯中,前面一半的时间是外企经验,后面一半至今的职业经历是民企管理者、自己做代理经营国内业务和出海业务。
During eleven years in management positions with Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Company, his responsibilities included leadership roles in various departments in Great China, including Operations, Quality Assurance, Technic, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, OTC and Business Development.
1987年开始任职中国改革开放后首家进入中国的美国百时美施贵宝公司,在职的11年间,在包括生产制造部,质量管理部,研发部,采购部,销售部,市场部,OTC,业务发展等不同的部门担任管理职务。
Hans further developed his training experience as national training manager for Mars China, a leading American Fast Moving Consumer Goods company. At Mars (1998-2000), he lent his training expertise to the development and expansion of the in-house training programme, focusing on consumer sales training.
1998-2000年,任美国最著名的消费品公司之一玛氏中国公司的全国培训经理2年,带领培训团队为公司员工提供各种业务和管理培训。
Since joining the most famous international training consulting company (2000-2004), Hans has shown his effectiveness in analyzing customer needs and developing customized training programs. He is also a highly capable motivator and has effectively developed follow-up tools to support post-training behavioral change.
2000-2004年,任职国际著名的咨询培训公司,是公司在中国大陆地区最早的本土咨询培训师,也是亚洲公司的金牌培训顾问。
From 2004, Hans began to develop his own business in different industry business areas. He was the chief of the delegates in Asia for Glaeser – a multi-national German company from 2004 to 2006. Focus on the high level German construction materials business development in Asia. At the same time, his international trading business involved different products in the industry area, like auto parts, machine parts, construction materials, health products, etc..
从2004年开始, Hans开始在工业品和国际贸易领域发展自己的生意。前两年的时间内,他曾任德国格莱瑟工业材料公司亚洲区总裁的角色,着重在德国高端建筑产品在亚洲市场的拓展。与此同时,他的国际贸易业务也涉及到工业品相关的各个领域,如:汽车配件,设备部件,建筑材料,健康产品等。
Now, Hans is living-in Vancouver, Canada and Shanghai, China. But he still has two different roles in China. One is still as a business consultant to do the training work for Dynamik-Beratung & Partner. Another role is as the VP of Victory Step Scientific Development Co., Ltd and R & H Business Development (Canada) Ltd. to do more business with Europe and America in machine, chemical, construction, medical treatment,education and consumer areas. He is a member of Rotary Club in Canada.
现在,Hans居住于加拿大温哥华和中国上海两地,但是他同时还是在中国保持有两个工作角色:其一是作为资深咨询培训师,任Dynamik-Beratung & Partner资深培训顾问;另外,他还担任上海杰迈科技发展有限公司和R&H商业发展(加拿大)公司高层领导职位协助管理相关的业务,涉及机械、化工设备、建筑材料、国际教育产业等。他也是加拿大国际扶轮社成员。

He has in depth knowledge about sales and management concepts and methodology. One of his strengths lies in the ability to conduct in depth pre-analysis exercise in order to customize program and case studies for the different customers. He also has full experiences in industry and import and export business area. Due to his years of experience in the international training companies, he is effective in motivating the workshop participants to learn through inductive, deductive, and interactive approach and thus yield positive results in post-training behavioral changes of the participants.
